Setup dynamic canvas pricing matrices based on decoration complexity. BallinKit offers flexible pricing strategies to accommodate different business models and customer needs.

Pricing Strategies

Choose from three main pricing strategies:

Feature-Based Pricing

Charge based on the features used in the design:

• Per Text Layer: Charge for each text element added
• Per Upload: Charge for each image uploaded
• Per Clipart: Charge for each clipart used
• Per View: Charge for each active view (front, back, side)

View-Based Pricing

Charge based on the number of views configured:

• Single View: Base price for one-sided designs
• Double View: Additional charge for front and back
• Multi-View: Progressive pricing for additional views

Area-Based Pricing

Charge based on the printable area size:

• Small Area: Lower price for small print areas
• Medium Area: Standard price for medium areas
• Large Area: Premium price for large print areas

Dynamic Fee Engine

Configure addon costs inside settings page:

Text Layer Pricing

• Base Text Fee: Flat fee for adding text (e.g., $1.50)
• Character Count: Additional fee per character (optional)
• Text Effects: Extra charge for curved text, outlines, etc.
• Font Premium: Premium fonts cost more

Upload Pricing

• Base Upload Fee: Flat fee per uploaded image (e.g., $2.00)
• File Size: Tiered pricing based on file size
• Resolution: Higher resolution costs more
• Format: Different pricing for SVG vs PNG

View Pricing

• First View: Included in base price
• Additional Views: Charge per additional view (e.g., $3.00)
• View Complexity: Higher charge for complex views

Bulk Discounts

Configure quantity-based discount tiers to encourage larger orders:

Discount Tiers

• 1-10 items: No discount
• 11-25 items: 10% discount
• 26-50 items: 15% discount
• 51-100 items: 20% discount
• 100+ items: 25% discount

Discount Configuration

• Set minimum quantity for each tier
• Configure discount percentage
• Apply to base price or total price
• Exclude customization fees from discount (optional)

Fixed Fees

Customization Fee

• Flat Fee: One-time charge for enabling customization
• Per Item: Fee applied to each customizable item
• Optional: Can be disabled if not needed

Setup Fee

• Design Setup: Charge for complex design setup
• Artwork Preparation: Fee for preparing customer artwork
• One-Time: Applied once per order

Designer Interface

• Real-time price updates as customer designs
• Show price breakdown (base + customization)

• Tax calculation on final price
